Why choose to receive support from Utopia Care?

If you are about to, or have recently met with the NDIA, contact us on (08 8317 2113 / 0449 119 334 / tonysmith@utopiacare.com.au Utopia Care supports you to maintain your chosen lifestyle. We pride on ourselves on acknowledging you as unique individual with your own beliefs, aspirations, individual preferences and needs. At Utopia Care, we keep you in control and we provide you the care and support that you want, where and when you want it. It’s your life and your care, so it must be your way. It starts with you!

Our supports offer:

  • Choice and control. You decide what you want to happen, including the type of support staff who work with you. They may be existing Utopia Care support workers or other people you already work with or know.
  • Flexibility and options. We will ensure that your person-centred plan has the flexibility to provide as many options as possible within your budget. This means that activities will occur at times and in circumstances to best suit your needs.

What are the choices you can make whilst you have an NDIS Plan?

Through the NDIS you will have a plan that outlines what goals you want to reach and what funding you have been allocated to help you reach your goals. With your NDIA funding or support package you can choose: who supports you, including providers such as : Utopia Care. The types of support you would like how and when you receive those supports.

I am currently receiving supports from another service provider and I am not happy with the service I am currently receiving.

You can choose to leave you current provider and go with Utopia Care, you just need to inform your current provider that you no longer require their services, there is no need to explain why or inform them of you going to Utopia Care.

The regions I do are from Gawler/Nuriootpa to Victor Harbour All Adelaide Metropolitan Regions

The minimum amount of hours is a 3-hour block per week. There is no maximum hours.

What are our business hours?

Business Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 08:00am to 3:00pm
Sundays Closed
