How it Works
1
Talk to Us
Call us to discuss your needs and requirements. Once we have a good understanding of what supports you require we can begin working out a course of action.
2
Meet with Us
Schedule a face to face meeting to determine and confirm your needs and requirements such as days, times, support activities and funding.
3
Paperwork
The Utopia Care team will complete all the paperwork on your behalf.
4
Sign Paperwork
A second meeting will be organised to finalise details and sign your paperwork. If appropriate, you can meet your proposed support worker as well.
5
Start Services
Once everything has been approved, the Utopia Care team will commence your support services according to your plan.
Let's start a conversation
